- Certifications are a plus but not required: ITIL, PMP, or PMI

- Actual experience in ERP-related projects, such as:
- SAP replacement
- ERP upgrade or transformation projects
- Experience in business process optimization, dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting
- Preference for tenured IT resources with strong domain expertise
