Job Description

Primary Function: As an Inventory Planning Supervisor, you will ensure optimal stock levels, align inventory with demand forecasts, and support seamless distribution center (DC) operations. The role bridges demand planning, supplier (manufacturing) coordination, and compliance with operational transformation goals.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of any business-related course
With at least 3 years related work experience in a Supervisory position preferably in Warehouse and Inventory Management roles for a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company
Must be knowledgeable in SAP
Proficient in Stock Optimization, Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination, Compliance & Traceability, System Integration, Performance Monitoring, Transition Support, Mechanization Alignment, and Strategic Reporting
Willing to be assigned in Marilao, Bulacan
