Inventory Analyst

The Inventory Analyst - Watchmen is responsible for overseeing and standardizing FSC-wide inventory practices to achieve high inventory record accuracy targets, ensuring consistent implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement across all sites. It involves conducting audits, analyzing inventory performance, validating transactions, supporting wall-to-wall counts, and leading root cause analysis with corrective action plans to address gaps and inefficiencies. The position also drives compliance with ISO standards, provides training and system support (WMS/SAP), collaborates with site teams, and leads projects to enhance inventory controls, reporting, and overall operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with strong computer proficiency and excellent communication skills. They demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A proactive leader, they can work independently, coach others, and drive results with a high sense of urgency, flexibility, and accountability.
