| 1. Monitor shift output requirement from his team |
| 2. Handles direct communication with associates on all instructions and targets for cascade to the team |
| 3. Leads direction of the allocation team and supports all DHL global, regional, and country initiatives |
| 4. Gives feedback on concerns and issues encountered by the allocation team |
| 5. Ensure implementation of DHL operational policies and procedures |
| 6. Participates actively in performance dialogs and provide individual feedback to his team |
| 7.Maintain and roll out that KPI for Inventory operation (Inventory Record Accuracy) is met. |
| . With 2 years hands on experience in assigned area. |
| . experience in WMS, RF and MACPAC Paperless is an advantage |
| . Computer literate |
| . With basic knowledge on Safety and Quality Policies and Procedures |
| . With first hand experience using WMS & SAP |
| . Can interact with internal and external customers |
| . Effective compliance to instructions |
| . Familiar with shifting operations on a 24/7 mode |
| . Keen attention to details |
| . Willing to work during holidays and extended hours |
