Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Makati, with flexibility for some remote work. As an International Property Specialist, you will engage in selling and marketing Ayala Land's real estate properties to international clients. Responsibilities include identifying prospective buyers, building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and understanding their property needs. You will also participate in sales events, conduct market research, and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and build strong relationships
  • Knowledge in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate, with an understanding of property features and market trends
  • Skills in Sales, including negotiation and persuasion, to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid working arrangement, combining in-office and remote work
  • Prior experience in real estate or sales-related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred
  • 100M in real estate sales
