About the Role
WeAssist is growing quickly, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and relationship-driven Onboarding Account Manager to help ensure every client and outsourced professional has a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
In this role, you will support the first 90 days of an outsourced professional's engagement with a client. You will help coordinate onboarding calls, conduct performance check-ins, track action items, maintain accurate records, and ensure communication remains clear across clients, outsourced professionals, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
90-Day Fulfillment and Performance Check-Ins
Calendar and Meeting Coordination
You will coordinate and schedule hand-off calls, onboarding check-ins, performance discussions, and other client-related meetings. This includes ensuring the right internal and external stakeholders are included, such as Client Success team members, clients, and outsourced professionals.
Administrative Support
You will help prepare customized onboarding materials for each client, including scripts, company summaries, client details, outsourced professional details, and logistical information.
You will also track key takeaways, next steps, and action items from calls, ensuring timely follow-up with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Additional administrative responsibilities include:
Communication and Relationship Management
You will serve as a key point of contact for onboarding-related updates. This includes scheduling, onboarding materials, policy clarifications, warm introduction emails, and general onboarding support.
