The Talent Acquisition Intern will play a key support role in the day-to-day recruitment operations of the HR team. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, candidate engagement, compliance tracking, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn about the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team:
- Preparation and filing of recruitment-related documents
- Processing of recruitment-related payment requests
- Maintaining organized and updated recruitment files
- Monitor and track compliance of candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain inventory of recruitment materials and employer branding collaterals
- Support other HR and recruitment projects as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work onsite and commit to the full internship duration
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
