About the Role

As an Instruction Quality Officer, you will assist in developing and enhancing educational content for our food safety courses. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and the technical team to create engaging, accurate, and effective learning materials. This role is perfect for those looking to gain hands-on experience in instructional design and content development in a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

● Instructional Material Development: Assist in creating course outlines, training modules, and interactive content.

● Curriculum Improvement: Review existing materials and recommend enhancements.

● Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the technical team to ensure content accuracy.

● Learning Activities & Assessments: Design activities, assessments, and exercises that align with learning objectives.

● Multimedia Integration: Help incorporate graphics, animations, and videos into course content.

● LMS Deployment & Testing: Support the deployment and testing of materials on Learning Management Systems (LMS).

● Evaluation & Feedback: Conduct evaluations and gather feedback to improve course quality.

●  Documentation & Version Control: Maintain project files, version control, and course documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education major in Instructional Design or Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development (L&D), Quality Assurance in L&D.
• Proven track record in establishing learning quality standards, curriculum development including e-Learning content creation across industries.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional designs such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy. 
• Excellent communication through writing and presentation, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative and above-average interpersonal relationship.
