Position Summary:

The Trainer I is responsible for facilitating onboarding, compliance, and skills-based training programs. This role also supports training coordination, materials preparation, and evaluation activities to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions for onboarding, compliance, and foundational skills.
  • Deliver training aligned with learning objectives and ensure a positive learner experience.
  • Prepare and use training materials, presentations, and evaluation tools effectively.
  • Engage learners through discussions, activities, and feedback.
  • Assist in gathering training needs via surveys, feedback, and manager inputs.
  • Administer post-training evaluations (Level 1–2) and consolidate results.
  • Manage training logistics: scheduling, venue setup, invitations, and attendance tracking.
  • Communicate training schedules and requirements to participants and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with SMEs, HR partners, managers, and vendors to support training delivery.
  • Recommend improvements to training workflows and tools.
  • Support broader learning initiatives and stay updated on facilitation practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 1–2 years in training facilitation, coordination, L&D, or HR operations
  • Exposure to corporate or manufacturing training preferred
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques
  • Strong presentation, communication, and learner engagement skills
  • Excellent organization and coordination abilities
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in stakeholder interactions
  • Comfortable with virtual training tools and basic LMS functions
  • Role is open in both Cavite and Laguna (one per location).

Preferred Training

  • Train the Trainer or facilitation skills
  • Training coordination & LMS administration
  • Training needs analysis fundamentals
  • Training evaluation (Level 1–2)
