The Qualifications We Seek
- 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning and Development within a performance-driven environment
- Proven track record in designing structured curricula, training frameworks, and performance-based learning programs
- Experience supporting customer operations or contact center environments (voice, email, chat)
- Strong capability in translating business needs and performance gaps into targeted learning solutions
- Solid application of adult learning principles and blended learning methodologies
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, content authoring tools, and virtual training systems
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience building end-to-end learning journeys from onboarding to continuous development
- Ability to analyze training data and link learning outcomes to performance improvement
- Exposure to digital or AI-enabled learning tools is an advantage
What You'll Own
- Design and develop onboarding and capability programs aligned with service KPIs and operational goals
- Build structured learning frameworks that support scalable and consistent performance
- Facilitate targeted training sessions and reinforcement programs based on performance insights
- Diagnose performance gaps using data and stakeholder input, and translate findings into learning interventions
- Align training plans with operational priorities and coordinate with key stakeholders
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and business outcomes
- Partner with leaders to strengthen individual and team capability
- Develop and maintain training content, SOPs, and knowledge resources for accuracy and relevance
- Promote continuous learning through blended, data-driven, and performance-focused approaches
