The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new sales leads and closing deals remotely for the assigned market. This role requires a hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and experience in a phone-based sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively present our products/services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
- Maintain and update the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate customer information and sales activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of new accounts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an inside sales or telemarketing role, preferably in a multinational or B2B environment.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Experience selling to the US or Australian market is a significant advantage.
