About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is fully remote and based in the Philippines, supporting our U.S.-based sales operations. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for outbound and inbound sales activities, lead qualification, relationship building, and helping drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Work within sales CRM to identify sales leads to pass off to USA sales team
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and warm leads
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and identify sales opportunities
- Schedule appointments and product/service demonstrations for senior sales staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and performance targets
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to improve messaging and conversion rates
- Follow established sales scripts, processes, and compliance standards
- Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (near-native proficiency preferred)
- Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based clients across different time zones
- Experience working remotely with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a professional, confident tone
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling B2B products or services
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Background in staffing, recruiting, SaaS, or professional services sales
- Experience working night or U.S. business hours
