Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting partners, customers, and internal teams across the IT infrastructure and networking industry. The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management, or a similar commercial role
  • Experience within the IT, technology, distribution, or reseller industry is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills, particularly via telephone and email
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working with ERP, CRM, and business systems (experience with weclapp is an advantage)
  • Basic understanding of IT products, hardware, software, networking, or technology solutions is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Additional European language skills are considered an advantage

Your Daily Tasks

Partner and Customer Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales partners regarding products, solutions, and services
  • Provide commercial support and basic technical guidance to partners and customers
  • Receive and qualify inquiries, identify customer requirements, and recommend suitable products and solutions
  • Coordinate follow-up actions with appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Respond to pricing inquiries and delivery schedule requests using the cloud-based ERP platform (weclapp)
  • Deliver a professional, reliable, and service-oriented customer experience

Quotation Management and Order Support

  • Prepare and manage customer quotations
  • Check product availability and lead times
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and address customer inquiries
  • Support order preparation and handover for processing
  • Ensure all sales-related activities and processes are accurately documented within the ERP system (weclapp)

Product Data Management and Listing Support

  • Maintain regular communication with manufacturers and distribution partners
  • Collect and update product information, pricing, technical specifications, datasheets, and product images
  • Ensure all relevant product information is available internally and externally in required formats and within established timelines
  • Support the creation and maintenance of product listing data

Internal Coordination and Process Management

  • Coordinate activities between Sales, Technical Support, Marketing, and other internal departments
  • Ensure structured communication and effective information flow across teams
  • Monitor tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion
  • Prioritize effectively and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
  • Help deliver a professional and responsive experience to partners and customers

Support for IT Projects and Solution Sales

  • Assist partners with the commercial and organizational aspects of IT projects and solution-based opportunities
  • Support project inquiries, product selection, quotation development, and order execution
  • Collaborate closely with technical specialists to ensure alignment between commercial and technical requirements
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of customer projects and solution implementations
