Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting
- Conduct high-volume outbound daily calls to targeted business prospects.
- Utilize company-provided scripts and strategic outreach sequences.
- Qualify cold leads, navigate gatekeepers, and build immediate rapport.
- Secure firm appointments with business owners and decision-makers.
- Sales Execution & Closing
- Lead high-quality Business Evaluation Meetings with pre-qualified leads.
- Assess deep client needs, operational pain points, and growth goals.
- Deliver compelling, consultative presentations mapped to company solutions.
- Overcome objections, articulate ROI, and execute end-to-end sales closing.

Non-negotiables
- At least 1 year of BPO sales calling experience or any role involving communication with English-speaking clients (e.g., from the US, Canada, the UK, or Australia)
- Full-Cycle Sales Experience: End-to-End Sales, Account Executive (AE), or Closing Role.
- High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Inbound & Outbound Calls
- CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency
- Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales,
