Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed assessment and documentation of existing Cisco CUCM and Unity infrastructure, call flows, and dial plans
• Support Direct Routing design activities including SBC configuration, SIP trunking, and global voice policy alignment
• Collaborate with onshore leadership to prepare migration roadmap and execution plans
• Assist in Microsoft Teams voice enablement, testing, user onboarding, and post-migration hypercare
• Maintain logs, issue trackers, and reporting for migration progress and dependencies
• Conduct assessment of current Webex deployment including conferencing, messaging, and voice integrations
• Map Webex features and policies to Microsoft Teams collaboration and governance standards
• Provide technical inputs and support for Teams adoption planning, pilot execution, and global rollout
• Validate Intune device compliance and coordinate VOSS alignment for user provisioning and lifecycle management
• Identify risks, feature gaps, and operational impacts with mitigation recommendations

• PSTN integration
• Microsoft Teams Phone System, voice policies, and SIP protocols
• Call quality troubleshooting and QoS network requirements
• Enterprise telephony transformations in multi-region environments
• Cisco Webex platform administration including conferencing and user experience
• Microsoft Teams collaboration services, compliance, and meeting policies
• Intune device enrollment, compliance, and policy enforcement
• Unified communications change management and user adoption programs
