Job Description

The Sales Enablement Coordinator supports the sales organization by ensuring sales teams have the tools, content, research, and processes needed to sell effectively. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations to coordinate enablement programs, manage sales content, support onboarding, and help drive consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Research and Business Intelligence:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to integrate research findings into sales playbooks and training materials.

Sales Playbook Building And Implementation

  • Develop, maintain, and update sales playbooks that outline best practices, strategies, and processes for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and product marketing to ensure playbooks are aligned with company goals and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives on the use and application of sales playbooks to ensure consistency and effectiveness in sales approaches.

Sales Pursuit Support

  • Provide support during sales pursuits by preparing and organizing relevant materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Assist in the development of customized sales strategies and solutions tailored to specific client needs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for successful sales pursuits.

Process & Tools

  • Use CRM and sales tools to help support and enable sales(e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Data Source Providers)
  • Assist with documentation of sales processes and best practices
  • Help identify gaps in tools or processes and propose solutions

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report on enablement KPIs (training completion, content usage, ramp time)
  • Assist in analyzing sales performance data to identify enablement needs
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and summaries for sales leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 13 years of experience in sales support, enablement, operations, marketing, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams
