Compensation & Perks
Salary Range:$6 - $7/hour (PHP 60,000 - 70,000 per month)(Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)

What You'll Do
- Own the creator product-ordering workflow: collect sizes, shipping details, and product picks, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
- Place and track international orders (U.S., U.K., France, Sweden, and more)
- Maintain organized tracking sheets for orders, shipments, returns, and exchanges across multiple campaigns
- Coordinate with account teams to confirm logistics, delivery updates, and campaign requirements
- Support campaign execution: order confirmations, delivery tracking, returns, and follow-ups
- Update internal systems with accurate logistics and campaign data
- Spot issues early and proactively flag delays or shipping problems
- Assist with additional operational tasks to ensure campaigns run smoothly end-to-end
What You'll Do
- 23+ years in influencer operations, creator management, or campaign logistics
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multi-step processes
- Strong organization and time management skills for high-volume creator orders
- Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-team coordination
- Experience with international shipping or e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking and reporting
- Self-starter with critical thinking and proactive problem-solving
- Must be available to work U.S. hours
