About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced marketing insights and analytics professional to lead all analytics and reporting initiatives across multiple healthcare brands. This is a senior, strategic, solo contributor role, ideal for someone who loves numbers, spotting trends, and translating data into actionable recommendations.

You will oversee marketing performance across digital and traditional channels, provide insights that guide strategy, and work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive business growth. You will also have the opportunity to influence processes, reporting standards, and overall measurement frameworks.

You will be exposed to a variety of healthcare brands, gaining insight into multiple markets and campaigns while operating independently as the go-to analytics expert.

Key Responsibilities

1) Marketing Performance Review

  • Review and analyse all marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
  • Evaluate KPIs such as ROI, CPL, conversion rates, CTR, engagement, and awareness.
  • Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

2) Insights & Strategic Recommendations

  • Translate data into actionable insights for marketing optimization.
  • Advise management on campaign strategy, budget allocation, and channel focus.
  • Provide concise, data-driven reports for decision-making.

3) Cross-Brand Analytics

  • Compare and evaluate performance across multiple healthcare brands.
  • Identify seasonal, behavioural, and market trends.
  • Maintain integrity and consistency of all marketing data.

4) Process & Reporting Improvements

  • Build dashboards, reporting structures, and tracking frameworks.
  • Standardize metrics and KPIs for all campaigns.
  • Recommend improvements to data collection and analytics processes.

5) Market Intelligence & Competitor Research

  • Track industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging channels.
  • Provide actionable insights to support marketing strategy.

Requirements

Essential

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, ideally across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong experience in multi-brand or multi-market campaign analysis.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; proficient with dashboards (Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently as a solo analytics contributor.

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service industries.
  • Exposure to SQL or Python for data analysis.
  • Prior experience in marketing strategy or cross-channel campaign review.
