Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Influencer Marketing Manager. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, building and maintaining relationships with influencers, and managing influencer campaigns from inception to reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and vetting potential influencers, negotiating partnerships, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with overall brand goals. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to successfully drive project outcomes. Stay up to date on platform trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) is a key.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of expertise in influencer marketing, and social media campaign management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and platform trends
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and leveraging insights to optimize campaigns
  • Skilled in contract negotiation, communication, and maintaining professional partnerships
  • Independent self-starter with excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Prior experience in creative/agency environments or working with global brands is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is highly desired
