Responsible for conducting organizational reviews and analyzing organizational structures, forecasting workforce requirements, identifying process inefficiencies, and designing job descriptions.
Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for supervising, monitoring, and ensuring the productivity and work quality of team members in the delivery of functions and responsibilities. Evaluates needs and researches trends that can be explored for the development or enhancement of programs, methods, and approaches in terms of Organization Review, Manpower Planning, Business Process Management and Job Description Design.
Provides technical guidance to ensure proper workload distribution among team members and address issues related to effectiveness and manpower utilization.
Descriptions
- Leads and controls the activities relative to job and manpower audit programs to establish functional relationships and values of job and processes; identifies gaps, redundancies, unnecessary and duplicating functions, and recommends appropriate interventions, as necessary.
- Conducts organization review to help organization identify areas for improvement, optimizes its operations, and enhance overall performance
- Analyzes processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Eliminates non-value adding processes or steps within the processes to streamline and shorten man-hours requirements.
- Supervises the conduct of job analysis to determine importance, effectiveness, and alignment of jobs to the departmental objectives; redesigns jobs as necessary.
- Provides technical guidance in the reviews of workloads and manpower deployment to ensure proper work distribution among job performers and address issues on effectiveness and manpower utilization /underutilization.
- Provides support in the evaluation of departmental manpower requisitions and ensures that only essential jobs and functions are established and retained in organization.
- Supervises the performance of organizational reviews geared toward simplification and standardization of jobs; identifies core and non-core functions within the unit and recommends job restructuring and/or outsourcing, as appropriate.
- Supports conduct of organizational diagnosis with focus on interfaces among the key components of an organization, efficiency of work structures, manpower requirements, equipment and material requirements, etc.; participates/assists in climate surveys, as necessary.
- Provides ad-hoc management support studies through the application of various methodologies such as survey methodology, time and motion studies, work sampling, business process mapping/review, queuing studies, etc., as directed.
- Surveys and analyzes related business practices and strategies.
- Conducts performance setting and review and career planning among team members.
- Compliance with eTap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
- Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time.
