Job Description

Role Purpose:

  • Drive and support the successful implementation of business awards for business development customers
  • Ensure adherence to implementation procedures and best practices.
  • Oversee the execution of award implementations within the country.
  • Analyze business and operational needs to determine solution feasibility and requirements.
  • Translate business/operational requirements into implementation plans
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of operational implementation projects (scope, timelines, milestones).
  • Provide support after go-live, ensuring smooth operational transition and addressing early challenges.
  • Maintain documentation on system configurations, customizations, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment and resolve implementation issues.

Key Activities:

  • Lead and execute country level business award implementation and corresponding activities in the country.
  • Ensure that implementation milestones established in the IMPAT360 process are met and monitored effectively.
  • Execute all implementation tasks as assigned within the IMPAT360 framework.
  • Support the seamless onboarding of globally and regionally managed customer implementations in the country.
  • Engage and communicate with key stakeholders to align on award in-formation, including collaboration between Sales, Product, and Customer teams.
  • Develop and align Customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure comprehensive understanding and documentation of all customer requirements to guarantee they are met.
  • Document and communicate new processes to local operations, ensuring effective dissemination and understanding
  • Monitor and manage country implementation Key Performance Indica-tors (KPIs) and track delivery against defined targets.
  • Facilitate First Choice activities, focusing on process confirmation, improvement initiatives, and problem-solving strategies.

Other Responsibilities:


Project Management Office (PMO) Project Lead:

  • Steer and manage local deployment projects, coordinating closely with Regional and Global Deployment teams.
  • Spearhead local performance/process improvement projects.
  • Provide regular project status updates and gather local requirements for documentation.

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Freight Forwarding and Logistics
  • Background in business/process implementation within an operational setting
  • Project and change management skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and training skills
  • Ability to operate in cross-functional operational environments
  • Ability to take ownership and proactively address topics
  • Ability to handle multiple and hanging priorities
