Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

Makati | Hybrid Work Model | Competitive base + benefits

We are not your typical cyber security team. We are technically sharp, delivery focused and trusted across complex multi environment organisations, and we are looking for an Identity and Access Management Specialist to own identity infrastructure at scale. This is not a peripheral security role. You will hold primary accountability for the platforms that determine how every person in the organisation accesses every system, and when something breaks, you are the person everyone calls.

What You'll Be Doing

This role sits at the heart of Orro's cyber security operations. You'll carry primary accountability for managing multiple Identity Provider instances across complex, multi environment deployments, while also owning the user access review platform end to end. Working closely with developers, engineers and business stakeholders, you'll keep identity infrastructure stable, integrated and compliant. Your work directly shapes how the organisation manages trust and access at scale.

  • Design, implement and maintain a stable Identity Provider environment, including upgrades, testing and production change management
  • Own the full identity lifecycle across provisioning, authentication, authorisation, deprovisioning, SSO, MFA and birthright management
  • Plan and execute regular user access reviews and privileged access reviews across the organisation
  • Diagnose, resolve and escalate issues across the IdP, UAR platform and connected technologies
  • Partner with developers to integrate and onboard new systems to the IdP platform
  • Build and maintain the policies, procedures and documentation that underpin the IdP and UAR operating environment
  • Ensure both platforms carry appropriate contingency and resilience plans aligned to business criticality

What You'll Bring

The Essentials

  • At least 2 years of hands on experience in identity and access management, within a broader cyber security background of 3 or more years
  • Deep working knowledge of IdP platforms and IAM tooling, specifically Okta, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Saviynt
  • Strong grounding in information security frameworks and standards including ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF and CIS benchmarks
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, SQL or PHP, with the ability to automate and troubleshoot across complex environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence translating complex identity and security concepts for both technical and non technical audiences
