Role Overview:

• Develop and Implement IAM Strategies: Design and execute identity and access management strategies to meet organizational needs.
• Access Control Management: Manage the process of granting, modifying, and revoking access rights to systems and data.
• Monitoring and Auditing: Regularly monitor and audit user access rights to detect unauthorized changes or inconsistencies.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to user access.
• Incident Management: Investigate, report, and resolve identity and access-related incidents or breaches.
• Integration: Work with IT teams to integrate new technologies into the IAM framework.
• Training: Develop and provide training on IAM procedures to employees.
• Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on IAM-related matters.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferably with 5 years or more of work experience handling IAM related solution and Active Directory, user access reviews, Azure AD, and other IAM tools.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and other authentication protocols.
• Familiarity with market trends and new technologies in IAM.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
