Overview:
This role is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously improving end-to-end, high-volume onboarding and offboarding processes within a fast-paced IT/AI-driven environment. This role serves as a subject matter resource for employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, data accuracy, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
The specialist acts as a key point of contact for new hires, exiting employees, hiring teams, and partner functions, while also supporting Compensation and Benefits-related processes to ensure a positive employee experience from entry to exit.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end, high-volume onboarding from candidate endorsement through Day 1 readiness.
- Own, maintain, and continuously improve onboarding workflows, SOPs, documentation, and checklists.
- Prepare, review, and process new hire documentation including employment contracts, government-mandated forms, tax documents, and benefits enrollment.
- Conduct and facilitate in-person and virtual onboarding and orientation sessions, ensuring alignment with company policies, culture, and values.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
Offboarding Management
- Manage end-to-end offboarding processes including clearances, exit documentation, final pay coordination, and records updating.
- Ensure timely and compliant processing of employee separations in coordination with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all offboarding records and documentation.
Compliance, Documentation & Records
- Maintain, audit, and ensure accuracy of 201 files and employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Ensure all onboarding and offboarding documentation is complete, compliant, accurate, and confidential.
- Prepare and deliver HR reports on onboarding metrics, headcount movement, compliance status, and process efficiency.
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities within onboarding and offboarding operations.
Other Duties
- Perform other related tasks and projects as assigned by the Recruitment Supervisor or Recruitment Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- 58 years of experience in onboarding, offboarding, HR operations, or a related HR specialist role.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end, high-volume onboarding in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in IT, AI, BPO, or tech-driven organizations is strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Hands-on experience with government-mandated documentation and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge or experience in Compensation and Benefits administration is preferred.
- Solid background in HR documentation, records management, and HR systems/HRIS.

Work Requirements
- Amenable to onsite work in Bacoor City, Cavite.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including overtime or weekends, as required.
