Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Experience in a Retail, TNVS, Logistics, Transportation, environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, timekeeping, and payroll software (e.g., Sprout, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee benefits, and statutory compliance (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
