The Successful Applicant

A successful Human Resources Manager should have:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in managing HR functions within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
