Learning Program Administration
• Coordinate end-to-end training operations (planning, scheduling, logistics).
• Manage training calendars and communicate sessions to employees.
• Liaise with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System.
• Upload courses, assign learning paths, and track completion status.
• Generate learning reports and dashboards for management review.
• Troubleshoot LMS access and user issues.
Training Coordination & Logistics
• Arrange venues (physical/virtual), equipment, and technical setup.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs.
• Manage participant registrations and confirmations.
• Ensure training resources are available and distributed on time.
Reporting & Compliance
• Track mandatory training compliance and certification renewals.
• Maintain accurate training records and employee learning histories.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly learning metrics reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with external training providers.
• Support contract documentation and invoice processing.
• Monitor vendor performance and feedback.
Budget & Cost Tracking
• Track training expenses against budget.
• Support cost analysis and learning ROI reporting.
• Maintain training-related financial records.
Employee Support & Engagement
• Respond to employee learning queries.
• Promote learning initiatives and development programs.
• Support employee development plans and career progression frameworks.
Process Improvement
• Review learning operations processes for efficiency improvements.
• Support digitization and automation initiatives.
• Assist in implementing new learning tools and platforms.
