Job Description

As the Operations Manager, you are the conductor of our business. Your mission is to ensure that all departments work together in perfect harmony to deliver high-quality results. You focus on the Big Three: Efficiency, Quality, and Cost. You are a high-level problem solver who looks at our daily workflows and finds ways to make them faster, smarter, and more profitable.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational plans that align with the company's long-term goals. You'll turn the CEO's vision into daily to-do lists for the team.
  • Process Improvement: Constant friction hunting. You will audit current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement new technologies or methods to increase productivity.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the operational budget. You'll track expenses, negotiate with vendors, and find creative ways to reduce costs without sacrificing quality.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee the department's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You'll use data and dashboards to ensure every team is hitting its targets and staying on schedule.
  • Leadership & Culture: Mentor and lead a team of supervisors and staff. You are responsible for maintaining high morale, resolving high-level internal conflicts, and fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure the entire operation follows legal regulations, industry standards, and internal safety policies (e.g., ISO, OSHA, or GDPR).
  • Resource Management: Oversee the tools of the trade, from office space and equipment to software licenses and inventory, ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed.
