Job Description

A) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across all levels of the organization.

Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent.

Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

B) Team Building, Mentoring & Workforce Planning

Design and build strong, scalable teams aligned with company growth plans.

Play a key role in integrating teams during mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Mentor and coach employees and managers to enhance performance and leadership capabilities.

Map out manpower requirements to support business expansion and scaling.

Ensure structured onboarding and smooth integration of new hires and acquired teams.

Drive execution excellence with attention to detail in all HR processes.

C) Culture Development & Employee Engagement

Promote and strengthen a positive, high-performance company culture.

Develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring alignment with company values.

Address employee concerns proactively and maintain a healthy work environment.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in HR management, preferably in high-growth or M&A-driven environments.

Strong execution skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Experience in workforce planning and organizational scaling.

Excellent mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work strategically while also being hands-on in execution.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience handling HR during mergers and acquisitions.

Background in building teams from early-stage to scale.

Demonstrated ability to shape and sustain company culture.
