Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and update onboarding presentations, orientation materials, and HR learning content using Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and similar presentation tools.
- Create and edit simple training videos, company announcements, and HR communication materials using video editing applications.
- Assist in developing creative content for employee engagement activities, company events, and internal communication campaigns.
- Support the preparation and distribution of HR announcements, newsletters, posters, and digital communication materials.
- Assist in recruitment coordination by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing orientation kits, employee documents, and onboarding checklists.
- Maintain and organize digital HR records, employee files, and document repositories while ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and management dashboards.
- Provide administrative support in attendance monitoring, document processing, and employee requests.
- Assist in organizing company training sessions, employee activities, and recognition programs.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data encoding, filing, scanning, and document management.
- Carry out other HR and administrative tasks that may be assigned by the Human Resources Department.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or other graphic design and video editing software is an advantage.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Willing to learn HR processes while contributing creative ideas for employee engagement and communications.
