Human Resources Intern

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. You will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting training initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment while developing essential skills.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Maintain and organize employee records and HR documents.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
• Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs.
• Assist in gathering feedback from employees through surveys and informal check-ins.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Participate in HR meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Creative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas.
• Able to work independently and in a team setting.
