About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, HR Administration, and Human Resources Operations.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and passionate about building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support HR administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and report generation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
- Assist in preparing HR-related communications and presentations.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
- Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to complete an internship as required by the academic institution.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Looking for at least 600 hours of internship hours requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous involvement in student organizations, leadership roles, or recruitment activities is an advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and HR systems is a plus.
