Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, HR Administration, and Human Resources Operations.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and passionate about building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.
  • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support HR administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and report generation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related communications and presentations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Must be eligible to complete an internship as required by the academic institution.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Looking for at least 600 hours of internship hours requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous involvement in student organizations, leadership roles, or recruitment activities is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and HR systems is a plus.
