What you'll help with:
- Assisting with schedules and monitoring calendars
- Updating and maintaining HR databases
- Supporting research on employee engagement and performance management
- Helping with general HR admin tasks
Who we're looking for:
- A current student in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related course
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
What to know:
- Mostly remote, with occasional meetings at our Pasig HQ/branches
- You'll get to share your insights on HR practices in the company
- You'll get hands-on HR experience, real responsibilities, and exposure to how people operations work
- This internship may be a paid opportunity, depending on final arrangements
