RedDoorz Philippines is looking for HR Interns
Responsibilities:
- Support the Recruitment Team: Assist with full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews.
- Contribute to Daily HR Operations: Provide administrative support, including data entry, file management, and other essential tasks.
- Support Employee Engagement and Benefits Administration: Assist with initiatives to improve employee engagement and the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Handle Ad-hoc Projects: Contribute to various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
- Highly motivated and a proactive learner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Amenable to working in Makati City, Philippines.
- Available to work 5 days a week.
