The Human Resource Intern will assist in a range of HR functions to help ensure the department operates smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
- Must have a personal laptop
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Support candidate sourcing, coordinate interview schedules, and prepare recruitment documents
- Employee Relations: Assist in promoting a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and provide support in handling employee concerns
- Compensation and Benefits: Help maintain records, generate reports, and assist with payroll and benefits processes
- Training and Development: Organize training sessions, prepare materials, and help track employee progress and compliance
General Expectations:
- Handle employee information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Show initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail in all tasks
- Work collaboratively with the HR team and other departments to help achieve organizational objectives
