Aviation Partnership Philippines is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our HR department. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and more. This internship will provide you with valuable skills and knowledge in human resources management and an opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
• Participate in new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.
• Help organize and manage HR events and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement activities, training sessions).
• Support the HR team in various administrative tasks.
• Assist with employee relations matters and contribute to fostering a positive employee experience.
• Provide support in other HR areas as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
