HR Officer – Transformation and Analytics
We are looking for an HR Officer – Transformation and Analytics to support our HR digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with systems, data, and process improvement. You will play a key role in HR system migration, dashboard maintenance, and ensuring the accuracy of workforce data that drives strategic decisions.
Job Responsibilities
- Support HRIS governance, system audits, and user acceptance testing for new modules and upgrades
- Maintain data integrity and enforce data governance standards
- Develop and manage automated HR dashboards and analytics reports
- Analyze workforce trends related to recruitment, attrition, and retention
- Provide data-driven insights to support HR and business leaders
Job Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas, data visualization)
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Visio, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint
- Experience with SAP preferred; familiarity with Darwinbox or similar HRIS is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Statistics, IT, or related field
