Human Resources Generalist

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Handle employee concerns, inquiries, and HR-related requests
• Support employee relations, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution
• Coordinate performance reviews and employee development initiatives
• Manage HRIS, employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Support onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
• Assist with benefits, payroll-related transactions, and HR reporting
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers
• Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist
• Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code
• Experience in employee relations, HR administration, and performance management
• Familiarity with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Highly organized and able to handle confidential information
• Willing to work onsite on a graveyard shift schedule
