Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Magdalena for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and supporting the overall management of human resources activities. The Human Resources Executive will act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring compliance with company policies and contributing to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in HR Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Proficiency in HR Operations and maintaining HR compliance with local regulations
• Experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and fostering workplace engagement
• Expertise in developing and implementing effective HR Policies
• General knowledge and strategic understanding of Human Resources (HR) roles and responsibilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Magdalena and contribute to a collaborative work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; certifications in HR are a plus
