We're Hiring: HR Business Partner
About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop HR strategies, manage complex employee relations, and drive organizational change. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CHRO, where your insights will influence workforce planning, talent management, and performance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with line management and provide HR guidance and solutions.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop actionable programs and policies.
- Manage complex employee relations issues in coordination with the Disciplinary Committee.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Lead change management initiatives for assigned functions.
- Oversee succession planning to ensure organizational stability.
- Guide line managers on performance management, coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Enhance morale, productivity, and retention through engagement initiatives.
- Draft and manage contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Identify training and executive coaching needs.
- Support organization design, restructures, and workforce planning.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 1012 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR Business Partnering, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Proven experience collaborating with senior business leaders to drive HR strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing complex employee relations, disciplinary processes, and CBA management.
- Solid experience in workforce planning, succession planning, and organization design.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.
Good-to-Have
- Master's degree or professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives or people transformation programs.
