JOB PURPOSE
The HR Business Partner will engage closely with company leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive workforce strategy in support of business objectives, spanning across organization effectiveness, talent selection and development, employee productivity, and change management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement business strategies that support organizational objectives
- Establish and implement overall workforce strategy, organizational design, change management and workforce planning to drive business transformation
- Aligns performance management and rewards systems to drive and reinforce a culture of high performance
- Champion career development and recognition initiatives to reinforce and sustain high levels of employee engagement
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and organizational development
- Analyze the HR metrics and trends to inform decision making and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (talent acquisition, L&D, C&B, labor relations, etc.) to deliver seamless support
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner role
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Preferably with experience working in the pharma industry
