Job Summary
The HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with the business leaders of the assigned business unit(s) and act as trusted advisor to the stakeholders. Further he/she is considered as the subject mater expert of HR in relaton to the business and people strategy of the assigned business unit(s).
Job Responsibilities
- Partners with the Lead, HRBP in translating business strategies into people strategies to come-up with HR initatives that are aligned with the overall business requirements and objectives.
- Partners with the Business Leaders and other HR pillars to come up with strategies to improve organizational health, design, and effectiveness.
- Performance Management System: Implements, monitors, and evaluates the impact of the Organizaton's Performance Management System and provides feedback to the assigned HR pillar for contnuous improvement.
- Partners with the Lead, HRBP to evaluate and assess the organizatonal structure of the assigned business unit to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and address challenges that supports the delivery of the strategies.
- Talent Management: Partners with the different HR pillars to develop and implement talent strategies workforce planning, succession planning, competency-based learning and development, etc. Conducts recruitment efforts to fulfil the requirements of the Organization.
- Partners with Lead, HRBP in initiating activities or programs, anchored in the overall thrust of the Organization, that will enhance employee experience and employer branding.
- Recommends, implements, monitors, and evaluates Business unit specific initiatives of HR such as employee engagement, training, contnuous improvement.
- Counsels and advises stakeholders on ER issues to ensure mitigation and/or elimination of risks in relation to compliance to the local laws and employment regulations.
- Utlizes data analytcs to evaluate and provide strategic insights and recommendatons.
- Acts as the subject mater expert and trusted advisor, and governance for HR policies, practces, and guidelines.
- Other projects that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Experience on the following:
*At least 3 years as HR Generalist
*1 2 years work experience in Talent Management or Organizatonal Development
*2 3 years work experience in Account Management or Stakeholder Management
*Experience working in a matrix organizaton (BPO, KPO, etc.)
*Strong strategic and analytcal skills
*Business acumen
*Highly interpersonal and collaboratve, with strong stakeholder management focus
*Project / Program Management (Design to Evaluaton)
*Above average communicaton skills
*Change Management
