Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR recommendations and solutions.
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
- Assist in implementing HR programs such as talent development, succession planning, and competency enhancement.
- Guide managers on employee relations concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution aligned with company policies.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving team performance and employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR teams (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training) to deliver integrated HR support to assigned business units.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Support organizational changes, including restructuring, process improvements, and talent movements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives that strengthen people operations and business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Filipino - Chinese is preferred
- Chinese language skills are required
- At least 1 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor law, and people management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Willing to do business trips
- Amenable to work on site 6 days: Upper McKinley, Taguig City
