- Work with HRBT Lead in coordinating with stakeholder and vendors to support timely rollout of HR systems initiatives and enhancement across the organization.
- Help develop step-by-step documentation with clear instructions to help HR team navigate and use SAPSF (myHR) effectively and ensure that it is regularly updated to reflect system changes or enhancements.
- Support effective use of SAPSF (myHR) modules, identifying opportunities for improvement and assist in configuration review.
- Maintain a record of past resolved AMS Tickets and frequently encountered issues that HR team can quickly reference to find answers to similar cases.
- Ensure timely processing and payment of AMS invoices in line with agreed SLAs (e.g., within 30/45 days from receipt).
- Complete the scheduled User Access Reviews (Internal and External) within prescribed timelines, with proper documentation and approvals maintained.
- Support and contribute to Business Transformation and HR initiatives and projects.
- Provide day-to-day BAU support across all SAPSF (myHR) modules.
- Assist in the documentation of SAPSF (myHR) processes.
- Drive monitoring and tracking on tickets raised on AMS Ticketing system to resolution.
- Serve as overall POC for all data extraction, reporting and analysis from data extracted from SAPSF (myHR).
- Deliver L1 support for SAPSF (myHR)-related technical queries and/or escalate it to vendor if needed.
- Act as SME on how to utilize the SAPSF (myHR) across the organization with stakeholders to drive better utilization and education.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or IT related course
- Technical Knowledge, Special Trainings and Work Experience: Requires 2 – 5 years of experience
