Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within
an academic institution. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, a solid HR background, and experience in either academe or corporate environments. This role is critical in shaping organizational culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting faculty and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with institutional goals
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and educational regulations
- Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality academic and administrative professionals
- Manage compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs
- Provide guidance and support to department heads on HR-related matters
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary processes with professionalism and confidentiality
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Human Resources department
- Experience in an academic institution or corporate setting is required
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
