Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within an academic institution. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, a solid HR background, and experience in either academe or corporate environments. This role is critical in shaping organizational culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting faculty and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with institutional goals
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and educational regulations
  • Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality academic and administrative professionals
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs
  • Provide guidance and support to department heads on HR-related matters
  • Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary processes with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an HR Manager (required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Human Resources department
  • Experience in an academic institution or corporate setting is required
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

  • Experience managing HR in an educational environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
