Job Description

Job Description:

  • The Human Resource Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance with labor laws.
  • This role ensures the organization attracts, develops, and retains a competent and engaged workforce aligned with business goals.

Mandatory Qualification:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably graduates of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources Supervisor role

Target Start Date: June 1, 2026

Work Location: 18C, The Glaston Tower. Ortigas Ave. cor E. Rodriquez Ave. (C›5), Pasig City

Work Period: MONDAY TO SATURDAY; 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig
