Role Responsibilities
Be a trusted business advisor on the functional build of the UKG Workforce Pro solution. Collaborate with payroll and time system experts to configure the UKG system. Provide technical expertise and guidance to meet specific business requirements.
Preferred Requirements
- Proficiency in Kronos, UKG Pro, and UKG Dimension HRIS systems
- Extensive experience in Human Resources Systems and HRIS administration
- Exceptional communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to configure and customize the UKG Workforce Pro solution
- Proven track record as a functional administrator of the UKG Pro Workforce Management system
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience as an HRIS Functional Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business requirements
