Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support the company's growing operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR processes across recruitment, payroll support, compliance, and employee engagement.

You will work closely with technical teams (engineering, software, ERP specialists) and support a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Employee Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Prepare employment contracts (probationary, regularization, consultancy, interns, part-time)
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to offboarding)
  • Handle employee certifications, clearances, and HR documentation
2. Payroll & Timekeeping Support
  • Process bi-monthly timesheets (1st and 2nd cutoff payroll cycles)
  • Generate payslips and maintain payroll documentation
  • Ensure accuracy of attendance and leave records
3. Government Compliance & Reporting (Philippines)
  • Process and track statutory contributions:
  • PhilHealth (monthly)
  • Pag-IBIG (monthly)
  • Prepare and submit required compliance reports (e.g., CDC Employee Report)
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure the timely submission of all government requirements
4. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Source candidates through job platforms (e.g., Indeed)
  • Manage applicant tracking (screening, interviews, job offers)
  • Coordinate onboarding of new hires (documentation, system setup, orientation)
  • Support hiring for technical roles (e.g., engineers, developers, ERP specialists)
5. HR Systems & Documentation
  • Manage HR processes using ERP and digital tools:
  • Employee records and onboarding
  • Leave management
  • Recruitment tracking
  • Maintain organized records in Google Drive and internal systems
  • Use tools such as Excel, Google Docs, and HR platforms for reporting and documentation
6. Employee Engagement & HR Support
  • Build strong relationships with employees and act as the HR point of contact
  • Assist in company activities (team building, events, engagement initiatives)
  • Support performance evaluation processes (probationary, regularization, periodic reviews)
  • Address employee concerns and support HR initiatives
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Experience in payroll support and timekeeping processes
  • Excellent organizational and English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in IT, engineering, or technology-driven companies
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or HRIS platforms
  • Exposure to recruitment for technical roles
  • Experience supporting distributed or international teams
