HR Technology Business Analyst

Position Overview

The HR Technology Business Analyst at Teleperformance (TP) plays a pivotal role in optimizing, supporting, and innovating HR technology solutions that enhance employee experience and enable business efficiency. This role focuses on ensuring system functionality, driving improvements, and delivering clear documentation—aligned with TP's commitment to agility, scalability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and process Workday EIBs to support HR data transactions.
  • Partner with HR and operations stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Support the implementation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of HR systems, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot HR tools, escalating issues as needed to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system enhancements and guarantee successful deployments.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and development teams by providing insights, updates, and solutions to system-related concerns.
  • Analyze HR processes impacted by technology and document workflows to drive process improvements.
  • Create user-friendly training guides and conduct knowledge sessions to ensure effective system adoption across teams.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday EIB.
  • Minimum 2 years working with HR systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and QA testing practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Technology or IT within a BPO or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong interest in continuous learning and user-centric design.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global organization.
