Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Experience
Juior to mid-level HR experience preferred.
Experience in supporting human resources i.e recruitment, training and development plan is an advantage.
Relevant knowledge of IT applications will be an advantage.
At least 5-8 years of work experience in human-resource management, with considerable exposure to HR practices, rules and policies in an organizational context.
HR work experience within the international organizations is an asset.
Knowledge & Skills
Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment, and training & development guidelines.
Strong attention to details and ability to follow procedures and checklists.
Highly professional, reliable, and hardworking.
